SHIPPING POLICY

1. Delivery Time

• Tamil Nadu: 2–4 working days

• South India: 3–6 working days

• Other States: 5–8 working days

• Remote areas may take longer depending on courier partner availability.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping above a certain order value (if applicable)

• Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping limit

• COD charges may be applied separately

3. Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours

• Orders placed on Sundays/holidays will be processed the next business day

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/WhatsApp.

5. Incorrect Address

If the customer enters an incorrect address or phone number, delivery delays may occur. Kedili Textile is not responsible for such delays.

6. Damaged Package

If the parcel is tampered with or damaged during delivery, kindly refuse the package and inform us immediately.
